A rare pedal car from 1934. Although several hundred children's pedal cars were produced in the famous Sodomka body shop, only a few examples have survived to this day. The car was renovated a few years ago in ENGINE PRAGUE, including a new red battery. Newly padded seat and backrest, mechanically overhauled and fully functional. It has been used by children since then, so it bears signs of use. The dimensions of the car are 127 x 53 x 52 cm.
The Sodomka company was founded in 1895, in the 1930s, Karoserie Sodomka came to the forefront of the Czech market. It also body-built cars for important personalities (e.g. for Jan Werich or the wife of President Beneš). It also successfully cooperated with large foreign manufacturers (e.g. Bugatti, Ford, Graham, Lancia, Nash, Rolls-Royce, La Salle - for the British royal family). In 1948, the company was nationalized and became the national enterprise Karosa.
